THREE LIONS WILL ROAR, AGAIN! Oh my gosh, England really will win the World Cup!  England is in the quarter-finals of the World Cup.  As the author of Three Lions Roar I have been saying that England will win this world cup for the past year.  Granted they have not played well at all, but at the same time they have luck on their sides. Sometimes I would rather be lucky than good.  On paper, the English players are a superior team compared to the Figos and the Ronaldos of the world.  England has lucked out by falling into the bracket with France, Brazil, and Portugal, who is missing Deco.  Now they are on their way to the semis.  After that they will face Germany in the finals, soon to be dubbed, World War III. I expect England to show some of their great play that they had earlier in the first half of the game against Sweeden.  England dominated the entire half against the Swedes but still scored only one goal.  I watched England in the round of 16 and prayed for them to score against Ecuador.  Finally, David Beckham's feet answered my prayers.  They have to start believing in themselves and realize that they are in the final eight.  They will win the cup not because they are lucky but because they are destined to etch their mark in World Cup history forty years after Charlton did it.
