Goals from Thomas Muller and Andre Schurlle was not enough as Germany had to settle for a draw against Cameroon.

Sweden 0 - Belgium 2

Premier League duo, Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku was on target as Belgium defeated Sweden in Stockholm.

USA 2 - Turkey 1

Clint Dempsey scored for USMNT as they cruised to a win over Turkey.

France 1 - Paraguay 1

Griezmann's strike was not enough as Paraguay managed to score late on to earn a draw.

Honduras 2 - Israel 4

Following their loss against Turkey, Honduras could not bounce back and was beaten by Israel 4-2.

Several teams has announced their final squad:

No Rossi for Italy

Italy has omitted Giuseppe Rossi who ultimately came short in his quest to prove his fitness.

Suarez in Uruguay's squad

Despite still recovering from his knee operation, Luis Suarez has been included in Uruguay's squad.

Costa Rica without Saborio; Ruiz in the squad

Fellow group D rivals Costa Rica has included Bryan Ruiz and Joel Campbell in their final squad but had to leave injured striker Alvaro Saborio.

Navas and Negredo out; Torres in

Despite helping Manchester City to the Premier League title, Alvaro Negredo and Jesus Navas has been left out of Spain's final 23-man squad.

Vidal included in Chile's squad

Arturo Vidal, who had a knee surgery earlier this month has been included by head coach Jorge Sampaoli in Chile's squad.

Ghana cut Schlupp; Essien and Gyan makes cut

Ghana has named their final squad with Leicester City's Jeffrey Schlupp missing out. But former Premier Leaguers, Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan will travel to Brazil.

Croatia name Prem duo to squad

Nikica Jelavic and Dejan Lovren makes the cut for Croatia's final 23-man squad. Eduardo and Luka Modric is also included but Niko Krancjar miss out after a leg injury sustained in the Championship play-off final.

Brothers Yaya and Kolo Toure will travel to Brazil, but Ivory Coast will be without Lacina Traore. The tall striker spend the second half of last season with Everton on loan but fell short of fitness.
