Steven Caulker was in the 30-man squad for the friendly against Denmark, and make a case for his inclusion by scoring twice as Cardiff City tried to climb to safety beating fellow relegation contender Fulham, 3-1.
Manchester United's English trio, Phil Jones, Danny Welbeck, and Wayne Rooney all scored as United defeat WBA in The Hawthorns 0-3.
