Arsenal duo in the clear

Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be available for selection against Swansea tonight. Gibbs's red card was rescinded after he was mistakenly sent-off by referee Andre Marriner. Chamberlain who committed the original offense also avoid further suspension as he didn't 'deny' a clear goalscoring chance.

Marriner also escape punishment

The referee will not face additional sanction, as he is scheduled to referee Southampton vs Newcastle game this weekend.

Artificial pitches approved

The FA has allowed artificial pitches to be used in every round of FA Cup starting next season.

Cellino disqualified

The Italian has been disqualified from taking over ownership at Leeds United, failing The Football League's fit and proper test.

Warnock staying put

The Italian national team manager is set to put pen to paper a contract extension for another two years until Euro 2016. His original deal is due to expire after the World Cup.
